Nanny During School Year

For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. We have 3 kids - two will need to be taken and picked up from school everyday. The School is 8-10 blocks from our house ... but they can't walk there as we don't want them crossing Pacific Street (we live off of 195th and Pacific). Listed below is some other information about he the job:
1. I am a teacher / football coach and my wife is a doctor. During football season (the fall) the hours will be a little longer than during the winter and spring.
2. We need someone that is fairly flexible - because there are times that I need to be at school early (football reasons) and my wife will have to be at the surgery center early ... so there might be days here and there that begin closer to 6:00 -6:15 AM instead of 7:00 AM.
3. We don't have an extra vehicle to transport our 6 and 9 year old to and from school. So your vehicle would need to be able to handle a carseat and booster seats.
4. With me being a teacher you will have off most major holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter .... will all be off.
5. We will have to discuss summer hours. Again with me being a teacher ... I have a lot of the time off in the summer. I still go to school every morning for football ... but ideally for us - summer would be cut down to part-time ... as I am usually home by 11:00 AM.
6. We do take taxes out of your check ... so you won't need to worry about that.
7. My wife only works a half day on Wednesdays. She is usually home by 12:00 or so. Our last nanny really enjoyed that as she had some time during the week to get some of her own errands run.
8. We do have a dog. Hope that is OK. She is getting older (12 years old) and mostly just wants to relax and sleep. She also doesn't hear very well ... so calling her is hard!
9. Are you willing to keep the 1st grader or 4th grader home with you if they aren't feeling well? We are a pretty healthy family and I believe that only happened one time all last year ... but with me being a teacher it is great if I don't have to take a day off of school to stay at home with them.
