This position is located in the Surgery Service.
Seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to perform the! full range of Urology procedures to include surgical procedures. This position is accountable to the Chief, Surgical Service.
Accountable for assuring the most effective delivery of care in general Urology while meeting and exceeding compliance standards
Participates in and/or manages all aspects of a general urology surgery program.
Responds to patient telephone calls, informs patients of test results, renews prescriptions, gives telephone/email advice to other provides and performs administrative duties.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with variable hours and rotating weekends and call coverage.
Relocation expenses will not be reimbursed. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medic! ine.
Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medici! ne or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
Preferred Experience
Board certification in Urology
Background in the full range of Urology procedures to include surgical procedures.
