Here are some details:
Hours â€" 900am-500pm Monday through Friday. One hour off for lunch, roun! ds.
Schedule is flexible. Physician may work 2 weeks on, then one week off. Hospital is very flexible on time requirement but minimum coverage is one week out of three. Physician can obtain as many hours as he/she desires.
A typical week encompasses hours at clinic, hospital, Extended Care and call coverage. Ideally, they would like someone essentially full-time that could share the one in three call for both weekdays and weekends.
Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (advanced trauma life support course certified).
Experience: Physician would need to have recent experience taking care of families, without respect to age boundaries.
Occurrence malpractice insurance, prompt weekly pay with direct deposit, and travel and housing are provided by Locum Leaders. State licensure reimbursement may also be available for this position.
