Under a 1099 contract you will have the ability to change people’s lives delivering cutting-edge technology that is taking the risk out of surgery. High-energy, problem solving skills and having the mindset of a c-suite executive are desired to help this salesperson drive adoption, build a funnel, and achieve revenue goals. This individual is responsible for spearheading the selling of caresyntax OR integration and surgical analytics SaaS product suite to hospital operating rooms and ASCs.

Responsibilities and Duties

Roles

  • Promotes and sells caresyntax OR integration and surgical analytics SaaS product suite
  • Leverages existing relationships at hospitals or ASC’s
  • Develops new introductions through cold-calling, door-to-door, or referral activities
  • Arranges presentations and demos with doctors and hospital administration, including C-suite executives
  • Leads the development of opportunity from open to close
  • Be prepared and confident to communicate and present our USP’s
  • Must be able to routinely negotiate price and terms of transactions between caresyntax and its customers
  • Must be able to readily problem solve customer issues
  • Must have fundamental command of all products and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must understand and adhere to all OR and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting a product opportunity evaluation
  • Must adhere rigidly to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA

Qualifications and Skills

NOTE: Experience selling to ASC’s, Hospitals, and or Health Systems is a must. Applications for Reps without selling to this target market WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Preferred call points are surgeons, c-suite executives and business managers; Experience with general, arthroscopic, cardio thoracic, robotics, advanced and minimally invasive surgery is preferred
