Home Nursing with Heart therapists (fully accredited and licensed) focus on post-surgery customized care plans for individuals and their unique challenges to overcome. We work closely with physicians and staff to ensure an effective transition home. Our therapists are quality and results driven professionals that consistently perform at the highest levels to ensure the patient has a successful recovery in the home. The objective of the therapy staff is to promote healing, wellness, and to return patients to their maximal function as quickly and safely as possible. We specialize in orthopedics, post-surgery rehabilitation, and pain management using premium healing techniques that focus on increasing flexibility, mobility and recovery.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Self motivated
- Strong clinical judgement
- Excellent time management skills
- A current Nebraska license as a Physical Therapist. A current Iowa license also is a strong benefit.
We're growing fast and need part time and full time physical therapists. Based on skill set and capa bilities this work can turn into full time for the right person. We offer excellent pay, ongoing training, a great team to support you, direct deposit, 401k matching, etc.
