SMT Engineer
What you will be doing?
Lead the SMT team in process improvement work(quality,
efficiency)
Defects review and gap analysis for existing and new
products
DFM review and gap analysis for existing and new products
New equipment introduction according to planned schedule
SMT process related documentation is existing and
implanted (available and updated)
6.Solve unexpected break-downs in shortest possible time
7.Monitor the technician and operator skills and organize
necessary trainings to improve RTV handling together with
SQE

We invite you to apply if you have
Have 3 years and above purchase experience, prefer
in electronics industry
Major in electronics, automation
5-10 years’ experience with SMT equipment and/or
process
Good English skill with write and oral.
Willingness to learn and develop
