DESCRIPTION
MISSION
The mission of this position is to contribute to the success of JLP (the Organization) by providing key administrative support to the League and provide ongoing project and administrative assistance to as needed.
KEY RESULT AREAS & TASKS
KRA: Effectively and Efficiently Provide Key Administrative Support and Assistance
- Promptly, professionally, and politely communicates with internal and external visitors, in person and via telephone
- Scans, faxes and copies personal and confidential documents as directed by Board.
- Files personal and confidential information of customers,
- Prepares correspondence.
- Assists Board and Management team with various projects on an as needed basis.
- Assists in maintaining League calendar.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Licenses/Certifications/Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent;
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Current California Driver License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Ability/Aptitude:
- Confidentiality: Adheres to legal and League confidentiality guidelines; distributes information only based upon business need.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Capable of effective planning and priority setting. Ability to simultaneously manage several projects (i.e., multi-tasker).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Digital Cheetah, and pay platforms would be an asset
- Communication Skills: Requires good verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to speak and write clearly in English;
- Resourcefulness: Develops and implements practical and creative methods, within established parameters, to improve work projects and/or department operations.
- Issue Resolution/Decision-Making: Analyzes information, evaluates alternatives to resolve issues and makes sound, timely decisions.
