Every day, about 100 short-term patients are relying on Hillcrest Health & Rehab to get them strong enough to return home. We help them regain their independence after surgery, illness or injury. But first they have to find us. You can help.
We’re seeking an experienced admissions professional who understands the long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation. As Director of Admissions, you’ll supervise and mentor three high-energy clinical liaisons who are case finding and screening patients in local hospitals. You’ll work closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless transition for all patients through our integrated health system. A RN or LPN license is preferred; otherwise extensive experience in long-term care/rehab admissions is required. Standard business hours apply with occasional on-call hours as necessary. \
