Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for a hospital located at Lakeside Hospita! l. This is a second shift opportunity with some flexibility to fill in as needed on other shifts. Lakeside Hospital is one of six Alegent Creighton Health hospitals associated with CHI (Catholic Health Initiatives), West Omaha's only full-service hospital. Lakeside provides a full range of services including: maternity, cancer and surgery care as well as diagnostics and emergency services.

This position will be responsible for the supervision of approximately 20 employees across several buildings covering training, and quality assurance in a fast paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, along with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The candidate must have strong leadership experience as well as relationship-building skills. The candidate! must also have the ability to identify and execute multiple p! riorities. Ma y require alternate shifts & weekends depending upon the needs of the account. Operating systems including FOSS and CARES, TRAKKAR and SHINE.

Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Require! ment - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
